Great Mother Goddess Tatting Shuttles
One of a kind hand carved tatting shuttles by Noreen Crone-Findlay.
The 'Great Mother' Goddess tatting shuttles are carved lovingly (by Noreen) from hardwood,
and then some of them are painted, then a design is painted and burned on.

Not only are these working tatting shuttles,

but, they can be worn as a pendant when not being used in lace making.

Make a cord and loop it through her arms to suspend her.

The thread or yarn is wrapped onto her for tatting by looping it over her head,
taking it down and around, then up and looping it on the other side, and repeating.
It flows really smoothly and works beautifully.
